For this one weekend in May, artist studios, art galleries, and various spaces will open up their doors to the public for the West Austin Studio Tour. Just like its vibrant counterpart, the celebrated East Austin Studio Tour, WEST will be a free, self-guided tour that champions the abundance of talent of Austin's large and wildly diverse creative community.
Inviting spaces and sophisticated offerings are at the heart of Austin’s energetic art scene. Galleries are launching careers and creating venues for regional, national and international artists. Museums across town are expanding collections and curating top tier exhibitions while initiatives and collaborations recognize innovation and talent.
